Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Chromatek Media Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website located at [https://chromatekmedia.com] (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and clients. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please discontinue your use of the Site.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services via our contact page form. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics platforms, or other passive data collection technologies on our Site.

  • a. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a contact or inquiry form on our Site, we may collect:

    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Company or organization name (if applicable)
    • The content of your message or inquiry

Providing this information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your service request.

  • b. Hosting Platform Data

Our main Site contains links to a separate web hosting platform. That platform operates as an independent infrastructure with its own account registration and payment processing systems. If you register for an account on our hosting platform, additional personal and billing information will be collected and governed by the privacy practices applicable to that platform environment, including those of our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store or handle raw financial card data on our main Site or hosting platform.

  • c. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use Google Analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, session replay tools, or any other passive tracking or profiling technologies on our main Site. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses for profiling purposes, or behavioral data about your browsing activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you submit solely for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry: Information submitted via our contact forms is used to generate a notification email delivered to our primary business inbox via SMTP2GO, a secure third-party SMTP relay service. We do not store your form submission data in a permanent database on our main Site.
  • To fulfill and manage service engagements: If you engage us for event production, web development, or content creation services, we use your contact information to communicate with you throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To provide post-service feedback and follow-up: Following the completion of a service engagement, we may reach out to you to request feedback, provide project notes, or follow up on deliverables. We will not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing or promotional communications.
  • To comply with legal obligations: We may use or retain your information to the extent required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose incompatible with the purposes described above.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • No Sale or Lease of Data:

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise trade your personal information to any third party for their own commercial purposes, under any circumstances.

  • Trusted Service Partners:

In limited circumstances, we may engage trusted professional partners to assist in delivering a specific aspect of your project (for example, a specialized subcontractor for a technical component of a web development engagement). In such cases, we may share your contact information and relevant project details with those partners solely to the extent necessary to fulfill your service request. Chromatek Media Services LLC will always remain your primary point of contact; our partners will not use your information to contact you directly or for any purpose outside the scope of your project. All such partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

  • SMTP2GO

We use SMTP2GO as a secure email relay to transmit inquiry notifications to our business inbox. Your submitted contact data is transmitted through SMTP2GO’s infrastructure and is subject to SMTP2GO’s own privacy and data handling practices.

  • Stripe:

Payment processing on our separate hosting platform is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, access, or transmit raw payment card data. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

  • Legal Disclosures:

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to an emergency involving a risk to personal safety.

  • Business Transfers:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by updating this Privacy Policy if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.

4. Data Retention

Because we do not store contact form submissions in a permanent database on our main Site, inquiry data exists only in our business email inbox and any related project correspondence. We retain business communications for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our client relationships, fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, and resolve any disputes. If you wish to request deletion of your information from our correspondence records, please contact us using the information in Section 10.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include the use of a secure SMTP relay (SMTP2GO) for email transmission and standard email security practices for our business inbox.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You provide your information at your own risk.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is intended for use by individuals of legal age to conduct business. While the general content of our Site is suitable for all audiences, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 18 (“minors”). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 10.

7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including:

  • Right to Access: The right to request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you and to obtain a copy of that information.
  • Right to Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Right to Deletion: The right to request that we delete your personal information from our records, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: The right to request that we limit the use of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Object: The right to object to our use of your personal information for certain purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 10. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Please note that certain rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and our data collection and processing practices are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy that are not resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Use.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
